Frank Otero is a Country, Americana, and folk songwriter raised in the Quad Cities and now based in Nashville. With a sound rooted in steel guitar, Midwest grit, and classic storytelling, Frank writes songs that hit you in the chest and stay with you.

After working behind the scenes as a songwriter in Nashville’s music circles, he stepped into the spotlight with a run of heartfelt releases that quickly gained traction. His breakout single “Everything’s Right, Sometimes” earned over 500,000 streams and landed on multiple Spotify editorial playlists, cementing him as a rising voice in independent country.
